"It make me cry!" + 3 reasons you'll love Farm to Table Pizza

Published over 1 year ago • 2 min read

Hi Reader,

"Your pizza is SO GOOD - it makes me cry!"

Stephanie and her family love to come to Pizza Nights on the farm. She says:

  • It's an "idyllic" atmosphere
  • The ingredients are the freshest and full of flavor
  • I love supporting my friends who farm for me

The next best thing to a Farm to Table dinner is PIZZA NIGHT!

Postponing our Farm to Table dinner until next year was hard for Farmer Reuben to do because giving you an unforgettable experience on the farm delights him.

But we realized that our Brick Oven Pizza Nights are the best Farm to Table Pizza anywhere around.

Have you ever had Farm to Table Pizza? Really? On a farm?

Almost every ingredient we can say, "Yeah, we grew that!"

What about the wheat for the crust? Yeah, we know the farmer that grew it.

What about the mozzarella cheese? Yep, Farmer Kathy in Coopersburg made it.

The olive oil? Well, you caught us there. We don't have olive trees for olive oil yet!

The flames in the wood fired brick oven flicker at you invitingly when you arrive and the smells will waft over you while you select your choices for your custom pizza.

Slices of juicy tomato, slivers of sweet peppers, carmelized onions and aromatic basil produces the best pizza of the summer.

You'll be seated on the deck that rests on top of our artisan cheese room - which you'll taste from your appetizer plate.

You want the DETAILS?

We'll provide pizza, appetizer plate, water and other items available for cash purchase. BYOB is welcome.

Growing up on my family's farm in Pennsylvania, I never would have pictured the life I live at Willow Haven farm. As a kid I spent summers in our large family garden we called, “The Truck Patch”. I helped mom every summer, picking beans, weeding, and cutting fruit and vegetables for the hundreds of jars of canned and frozen produce we put up. Now I spends less time out in the field and more time in the kitchen doing the same preserving for my own farm family. Farmer Reuben values my many hours doing much of the behind the scenes marketing, writing emails to cultivate customers and capturing the farm story each week. I'm always learning along the way in my quest to improve the farm experience for each of her current and future farm members in our 500+ member, year-round customized farm box delivery program. Reading our stories will connect you with your food in a way you never experienced before. Someday soon you will want to fit local food into your life and we'll be here to help you.

So you can experience the freshness and satisfaction of picking food from the ground and putting it in your mouth immediately. Cherry tomatoes and cucumbers are perfect for this but even a planter of lettuce, herbs or kale is great too. Reuben's first farm job,...
